Medical Board Misconduct DescriptionThe Hearing Committee sustained the charges finding the physician guilty of having been convicted in the Circuit Court of Fayette, West Virginia of constructive delivery of hydrocodone, a Schedule III controlled substance; constructive delivery of opana, a Schedule II narcotic controlled substance and constructive delivery of oxycodone, a Schedule II narcotic controlled substance and having been disciplined by the West Virginia Board of Medicine. Previously on December 17, 2014 the physician’s New York State medical license was summarily suspended by the New York State Commissioner of Health.
