Medical Board Misconduct DescriptionThe Review Board sustained the Hearing Committee's June 20, 2002 determination finding the physician guilty of having violated conditions of an order previously imposed pursuant to New York State Public Health Law 230 and being a habitual user or having a psychiatric condition which impairs his ability to practice medicine. The Review Board modified the Hearing Committee's penalty of license suspension for five years, stayed with probation for five years.
